All machines are equipped with Delta star connector, separate fuse bloc and up to 22 kW with a socket box for cable use. As of 22 kW all machines are delivered with direct connexion to current. All electric parts and cables are certified by CE, UL, IEC. All machines can be assambled with Protection overloding based on a Siemens LOGO PLC SPS, with automatic Reverse ,Stop and automatic forward funktion by overload A large front hopper is standard with all crushers. On request, a larger input at the rear side of the hopper can be delivered, To protect the user from turning parts, all machines are equipped with extensive security switches. All machines are security covered against all turning parts. Different screens, at hole sizes from 8mm up to 40 mm are available. Our standard series of crushers are equipped with knifes made of C 45 steel. On request, we also can deliver knifes made of CR 12 chrome steel Principally our crushers are suitable to perform on materials such as: Wood, Sawdust, Barks, Wood chips, Straw, Bones, Cardboard, Paper, Packing material Plastics (for plastic foil a special rotor is needed), For food-waste please ask for separate offer. We offer two shaft crushers as slow-motion version, especially for crushing used tyres and electronic waste.
